BalaSole Dance Company produces concert seasons annually in New York City through its DANCE4Diversity program.  Each concert season provides visibility to a new roster of solo dance artists of all genres, artistic expressions, styles, ethnicities, ages, shapes, and sizes.  These solo artists are selected through the company auditions.  As an extension of this program, the company also holds special performances within and outside New York City will be performed by artists selected from previous concert seasons.  The goal of this program is to provide the general public performances that represent diversity, individuality, and inclusivity.  (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company mentors its artists in developing or honing their individual artistic voice through its Mentor4DANCE program.  Additionally, the artists receive group mentoring through collaborative works, as well as through lectures on artistry, auditions, injury prevention, career planning, administration, marketing and financial planning.  The goal of this program is to help artists succeed in their careers within or outside the field of concert dance.  (Program can be held in any cities.) 

BalaSole Dance Company also provides non-paid performance opportunities to emerging and re-emerging artists through its Emerging2DANCE program.  Several participants are selected through the company auditions.  The goal of this program is to provide emerging and re-emerging artists professional experience and visibility in a prominent NYC dance venue.  (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company connects the arts to other non-artistic disciplines through its Connect2DANCE program.  The program offers groups and corporations/institutions insights to the parallelism between dance and other non-artistic fields through presentations, demonstrations, lectures and workshops.  The goal of this program is to foster open communication and mutual appreciation between artistic and non-artistic fields, and to highlight the value of cross-disciplinary and collaborative thinking in all fields.  (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company provides a collaborative platform for artists through it Collaborate4DANCE program, which offers collaborative partnerships to individuals, groups, and organizations.  The goal of this program is to promote collaboration between dance and other art forms.  (Program can be held in any cities.) 

BalaSole Dance Company provides low cost dance classes to K-12 schools through its DANCE4Schools program.  These classes range from creative movement, dance making, ballet, contemporary modern, jazz and pop dance.  Classes for middle school and high schools include the company's trademark collaborative choreography exercise, and the option to integrate BalaSole's Multidisciplinary Thinking Through Dance program Connect2DANCE.  The goal of this program is to provide K-12 schools with a dance based arts engagement and education experience that promotes cognitive improvement, creative expression, collaboration, multidisciplinary thinking and good health.  (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company provides children and youth from low income households access to free dance classes through its Access2DANCE outreach program.  These classes range from creative movement, dance making, ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz and pop dance.  The goal of this program is to provide economically disadvantaged children and youth with an arts engagement and education experience that promotes cognitive improvement, creative expression, and good health. (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company offers discounted open-level group dance classes to adults without prior formal dance training through its DANCE4Adults program.  These low-cost and high quality classes, which is wellness focused, can be tailored to include dance vocabularies found in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, and popular dance.  The goal of this program is to provide adults a non-intimidating experiences that promote good health and wider appreciation for the art of dance.  (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company extends its community outreach services to senior citizens through its DANCE4Seniors program, which offers a block of complimentary concert tickets to various senior centers.  The goal of this program is to provide seniors in senior housing facilities with enrichment and cultural experiences through dance performances.  (Program can be held in any cities.)

BalaSole Dance Company's "enhanced" residencies are conducted by Executive & Artistic Director Roberto Villanueva.  These residencies, which are holistic in nature, can be tailored based on the needs and resources of the sponsoring institutions.  They include master classes, collaborative choreography workshops, private auditions with individualized feedback, performances, as well as an interactive seminar not typically offered by other guest artists or dance companies such as basic financial literacy, marketing, publicity, and entrepreneurship.  The goal of this program is to extend all of BalaSole Dance Company's offerings to colleges and universities as supplemental education to better equip dance students for their careers as performers, teachers, choreographers, administrators, or as professionals in other fields.  Certain components of this program are also available to arts/cultural organizations.  (Program can be held in any cities.)
